Located at 1055 Dunsmuir Street, Tower Four is a Class A, LEED Platinum and BOMA BEST Silver Certified building, built in 1981. It spans 581,000 square feet over 35 storeys. Tower Four features expansive outdoor plazas, the Dunsmuir Patio, and direct connection to the Shops at Bentall Centre.
The retail concourse offers ~40 retail spaces from 300 square feet to 2,000 square feet. On average, over 18,000 pedestrians walk through Bentall Centre every weekday and the four connected office towers provide a daytime population of nearly 7,000 people.
