Conference Facilities

Bentall Centre has offers tenants access to a Conference facility on the 11th floor of Two Bentall Centre, designed to accommodate two concurrent meetings. A common kitchen and reception area leads into a boardroom with seating for 18 people or a classroom accommodating up to 40 people.

Both rooms are available on a pre-book, no-charge basis, from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Pease inquire through the online Tenant Request System.

Public Transportation

Located in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown, Bentall Centre is easily accessible to tenants and visitors alike.

Accessibility to public transit is a major benefit of Bentall Centre. The Burrard Skytrain Station is directly integrated to the Bentall Centre retail concourse via an underground connector, and in excess of 1,500 buses per day stop adjacent to Bentall Centre.

Security

Bentall Centre has security personnel on-site 24 hours per day to safeguard the complex. The security control centre for the complex is located in the main lobby of Four Bentall Centre. Should you notice any suspicious activity or face an emergency, please call:

Parking

Bentall Centre towers One through Four are serviced by two parkades encompassing over 1,000 stalls, all of which are directly accessible from the Centre’s retail concourse. The parking ratio for office tenants is one stall per 1,400 square feet of leased area.  Monthly random, reserved and daily parking are offered.

Car Wash

Get your car washed and detailed while you work.

Located in the Pender Parkade, our waterless executive car wash operated by Closed Loop. Contact (778) 241-9550 to book an appointment.

Bicycle Storage

For our cyclists, Bentall Centre offers secure, indoor bike cages located in the Pender and Thurlow parkades and adjacent to the Bentall Centre Athletic Club.

Interactive Tenant Directory

Interactive, touch screen directories located in the main lobbies of Three and Four Bentall Centre, and prominently displayed static directories in the lobbies of One and Two Bentall Centre enable visitors to lookup tenant and suite information with ease. Umbrellas

Umbrellas are available at the Four Bentall Security desk in the main lobby to be signed-out by tenants caught unprepared on a rainy day.
