ClikFIX is Bentall's unique, custom designed Tenant Service Centre, providing tenants with the most reliable combination of technology and people to ensure your service needs are met efficiently and effectively.

How does it work?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, tenants of the Bentall Centre can contact ClikFIX either by phone, fax, email or instant messaging to place a service request, such as:  "too hot", "too cold", "light burnt out". Then this service request is instantly dispatched to the appropriate building service technician for response.

What makes it better?

ClikFIX is also a reporting system for Bentall Management.  It tracks all service requests and sends a notice to the appropriate manager when a concern arises, like excessive requests to address the same issue. This state of the art tracking and reporting system ensures your issues are dealt with in a timely manner and are elevated to senior levels when necessary.
